MUUV Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MUUV platform (operated by Fine Movers), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our "Decision Engine" to calculate move prices.

2. The "MUUV Standard" Service

• Scope: We specialize in moving 1–3 furniture items only. We do not provide full-house or bulk relocation services.
• Signature Prep: Every move includes complimentary surface dusting and "White-Glove" wipe-down before wrapping.
• Tools: Our crews arrive with the "Bridge Kit," including professional trolleys and floor protectors.

3. Pricing & The "Decision Engine"

• Accuracy: Estimates are generated based on the photos and descriptions you provide.
• Adjustments: If the actual item size or move complexity (e.g., stairs not mentioned) differs significantly from your input, we reserve the right to adjust the final price on-site.
• Fixed Price: Once a "Specialist" confirms your quote on WhatsApp, that price is fixed with no hidden fees.

4. Liability & Insurance

• Verified Condition Reports: We perform a photo-audit at pickup and drop-off.
• Claims: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. We use MUUV-branded security tape to ensure items are not tampered with during transit.
• Limitations: MUUV is not liable for internal mechanical or electronic malfunctions of items unless external damage to the item is visible.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
